Irvine/Glasgow (Office based, travel required)

Full Time, Permanent

Up to £35,000

Iconic Resourcing HR have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a market leading global supplier to the oil and gas industry worldwide.

You will be based within their site in Irvine 4 days a week with one visit per week to Glasgow, where you will have full HR ownership of 3 different sites across the west coast of Scotland.

There will be the occasional travel to Sheffield and Stockport for meetings once every couple of months too.

Working closely with the European HR Manager and their team who sits in the Sheffield office, you will provide full generalist HR support to your sites including guidance and support to both Managers and employees around disciplinaries, evaluations, performance, and absence management.

You will coach, mentor, and guide Managers on HR policies and procedures to help enhance their leadership skills and competencies to effectively deal with any employee issues on site.

You will actively engage with the 3 Scottish sites which are in Irvine, Glasgow, and Cumbernauld and be the first point of contact for any employee queries.

You will manage the sites, ensuring processes are being followed and deadlines are being met, keeping a tight rein on any changes within your area.

You will be responsible for all end-to-end recruitment for the European region including selection, interviews, on boarding and inductions of all new employees as well as all related administration tasks required.

There will be an opportunity to get involved in training, and project work to include, driving employee engagement, reviewing employee benefits, looking at the health and wellbeing strategy and being able to effectively promote across your region.
