Job description:


Person specification:

Provide professional and co-ordinated support to 1* with effective diary management.

Demonstration of a proactive approach to managing changing priorities, co-ordinating availability of customers, handling meeting schedules and presenting them effectively to 1*.

Approve Regional recruitment and training requests in accordance with delegated authority.

Collaborate and engage with partners both within and outside the Organisation to efficiently manage time commitments and ensure continued effective and efficient operations.

Co-ordinate travel arrangements and documentation for 1*.


Desirable Experience & Skills
Previous PA experience is desirable
