Hours: 20 hours a week (10 hours per property), 2 days a week, 5 hours a day (flexible choosing with the days). Property 1 and Property 2 (Flexible choosing with the days)


Pay:
£ per hour


Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning in all rooms of the properties.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste by recycling and waste management guidelines.
• Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each use.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the property manager or supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in house cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
