Multi-Sites Operational Housing and Welfare Manager - London.

This is a permanent career opportunity for a seasoned and experienced Housing and Welfare Manager, someone who can evidence strong leadership skills and the management of locations, sites andpeople.

Based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options, this exciting career opportunity is offered at £40,000 plus exceptional employee benefits, training and development.


Naturally you can demonstrate a proven track record in Housing and Welfare Management, with the responsibility for the smooth running of multi sites (London/M25), including maintaining the operational effectiveness and wider reputation of the social housingclient brand and it's associated customer base.

Driving through 100% efficiencies and compliance in line with Social Care and Housing Standards, providing effective liaison and communication with key decision makers, The Home Office and other Local Authoritiesand bodies.

The management of subcontractors to include (SBHL, Finefair, GP's, HSE, PHE and Migrant Help).


As a Multi-Sites Operational Housing and Welfare Manager, your education, training and relevant qualifications will prove a successful career to-date within social housing and welfare, providing professional cover and support to other site managers duringtimes of absence and /or unexpected levels of business increase.

Ensuring that all mandatory HSE regulations and requirements are met, that Fire Risk Assessments are carried out, that internal/external building repairs are conducted working with local maintenanceand repairs teams.


You will be responsible for the safe placement and ongoing welfare of service users, ensuring that families are signposted to the correct service, managing any anti-social behaviour, managing vulnerable residents with a strong knowledge of safeguarding,conducting risk assessments and reporting to the necessary safeguarding team and professionals.


The role of Multi-Sites Operational Housing and Welfare Manager requires exceptional levels of verbal and written communication skills, advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Teams), the ability to plan, schedule and preparefor meetings and internal/external communications.
