The Role
Our field based Viewing Agent forms a part of our high achieving Property Sales Team. You will receive continual support from our in-house property team in regards to viewing appointment times and diary/travel management.
Hours of Work
2 days per week:
Week 1:
Monday/Tuesday
Week 2:
Friday/Saturday
Responsibilities
- Meet potential buyers at residential properties to carry out viewing appointments;
- Provide buyers with a list of property features and any other information required;
- Assist property viewers with their questions;
- Build rapport with the client to enable lead generation;
- Reporting feedback from viewing appointments to the Property Sales Team;
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador on behalf of The Mortgage & Property Centre.
Essential Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
- A genuine interest and passion for the property industry;
- A good geographical knowledge of the Aberdeen area.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working within the residential property industry;
- Previous Knowledge of working in a customer service or sales position;
- Experience of working on own initiative;
- Positive face to face interaction with members of the public.
