    Job Title: Customer Service Consultant

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant in a scientific environment.

    A leading provider of analytical testing and environmental services is looking for someone with great customer service skills and some background in a scientific environment, such as a scientific degree or experience working in a lab.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
    • Perform administrative tasks including invoicing, booking sample collections, and resolving customer queries.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent customer service skills developed in a similar role.
    • Highly motivated with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
    • Strong communication skills and appreciation for quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
