• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Communicate with the Director and General Manager to understand the requirements of each specific project
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

• Proven experience as a painter and decorator.
• Experience of working in the Exhibition and Events Industry preferred, but not essential
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Excellent time management skills
