We re looking for a dynamic and strategic MidMarket Sales Manager to lead mentor and scale our MidMarket Account Executive team in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment.

  • Owns the MidMarket sales strategy including segmentation forecasting pipeline generation and management territory planning
  • Sets performance goals and KPIs regularly tracks team progress offering coaching and support as needed
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset you enjoy problem solving and view change as an opportunity Has commitment to overachievement quitting is not in your dictionary Collaborates with Marketing Customer Success Sales Enablement Channel Sales Product teams to ensure alignment feedback loops Drives consistency in sales process use of tools sales methodologies Hires onboards ramps new sales talent builds strong bench of future sales leaders Provides accurate forecasting reporting senior executive leadership pipeline revenue Acts coach when needed joins strategic deals removes roadblocks team Acts role model lives breathes values company contributes longterm company goals scope
