About the role and the team
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the Steps to Success programme in your region to support
- Retain strategic oversight of the information needs of the organisation and plan to meet them through the development or procurement of systems and software.
- Manage a team of systems administrators, evaluators and researchers, including consultants as necessary.
- Develop and oversee a programme of evaluation to understand and demonstrate the impact of the Depaul's services.
- Develop evaluation tools that support Depaul's valuebased approach to supporting and evidencing outcomes for people experiencing complex problems and homelessness.
- Drive improvements in evaluation and outcomes measurement across the sector through promotion of Depaul's tools and partnership building.

About you
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of designing and working with databases.
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering relevant training courses.
- Experience of a range of methods for monitoring and evaluation.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experiencing of supervising the work of others.
