We are seeking to recruit a Part time Patient Services Administrator to work at our Company Head office Manchester. Your role will be to provide efficient administrative support within the Patient Services Team.


This is an exciting role in a fast-paced and highly dynamic office environment - ideal for someone looking to further their administrative career or gain experience within the medical field.

Whilst previous administrative experience is desirable, full training will be provided.

Diagnostic Healthcare was established in 2004 and provides medical diagnostic imaging services of MRI, ultrasound, DEXA, CT, X-ray and CBCT to both NHS and private patients.

We deliver over 300,000 scan appointments every year from over 75 locations and are a trusted provider of services for both NHS and private patients.

We offer a wide range of ever-expanding imaging modalities and the opportunity to work with cutting edge equipment as we invest in our imaging fleet and our static locations.

Job Summary:


  • To process and monitor patients booking in a timely and accurate manner and to meet the required KPI's.
  • To provide a high level of customer service and patient care
  • To be organised and proactive with good attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • To be able to work on multiple IT systems
  • To act as main point of contact for customers at all levels

We are looking for somebody with:

  • _Previous administrative experience is desirable, however full training will be provided._
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly, positive and empathetic nature
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • General knowledge of office procedures and policies
  • Confident knowledge of IT programs such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A flexible approach to work
  • The ability to effectively prioritise, organise and time manage heavy workloads and resource
  • An understanding of the importance and need for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information
