Job Title:
Customer Service Administrator


Location:
Greenwich


Salary:
£22,000 per annum


The Role:


  • Manage inbound aftersales enquiries and order handling enquiries
  • Handling general customer queries, such as product dimensions, availability of stock, when stock will be arriving if "out of stock" or sold out, materials of products, etc.
  • General administration of company Data
  • Contacting customers updating them on the status of their order
  • Responding to after sales customer claims forms, negotiating settlements and replacements as necessary
  • Build a good working knowledge of our product base
  • Processing refund requests following the company guidelines
  • Liaising with supplier, internal stakeholders and couriers
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Upselling products to customers, during slow times.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a Customer Service Administrator role is essential
  • Experience in taking and progressing customer orders
  • Preferably experience in liaising with transport and warehouse teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • A genuine passion for interior design/furniture is desirable
  • Due to limited parking at the new office in Greenwich, the flexibility to use public transport is preferred
  • Complainthandling skills
