Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
Princes Risborough
An award-winning, long-established firm based in Thame are seeking to expand their Residential Property team.

Main Duties:

  • Handling files both freehold and leasehold from initial instruction through to completion having ensured that all enquiries have been dealt with, title issues have been accurately resolved, all searches carried out and checked and mortgage conditions satisfied
  • Title checking
  • Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
  • Liaising with clients, clients' agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers' solicitors, internal depts and any other as necessary
  • Dealing with post completion issues and ensuring postcompletion is concluded accurately

Experience Required:

  • Experience with leasehold properties and corporate clients and buytolet and portfolio owners is necessary
  • Ideally at least 1PQE and experience in residential conveyancing is necessary or a qualified Licensed Conveyancer
