A Primary school we work closely with in Cardiff has asked us to recruit for a Classroom Assistant to work in KS2.

The position will commence after Easter and is likely to run for the academic year. This role is temporary, however on some occasions a permanent position may arise. Interviews will be held via zoom in the next 2 weeks.

In this role, you will need to be flexible and work across all year groups in KS2. You will help the teacher to deliver interventions and differentiate for the needs of the learner. Additionally, you will help the teacher manage challenging behaviour effectively.

Desirable skills or experience

Level 2 and 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years

Sensitivity and understanding

Excellent verbal communication skills

To be able to carry out basis tasks on a computer or handheld device

Salary:
£69.20-£75.00 per day
