Are you a Residential Project Manager looking for a step up to Contracts Manager? Are you looking to join a nationwide contractor & play an integral part in their ongoing success?


A very well established Residential contractor with a great reputation for quality are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee 2 sites in the Birmingham area.


The Role:


  • As a Contracts Manager you will be the appointed person to lead two residential projects in Birmingham.
  • You will the ensure safe, timely, and highquality completion of all projects.

About You:


  • The successful applicant must have Project Manager / Contracts Manager experience
  • Overseen Residential or Commercial projects (NOT Housing)
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • NVQ Level 6 or Equivalent
  • Strong Commercial awareness
