We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Bespokes Sports Car Hire team.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team; data entry, filing, scheduling, preparing documents.
• Maintain customer databases and update customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth running of the business.
• Monitor sales activities and follow up on leads
• Assist with the organization of experience day events run during the summer.

Qualifications:

• Alevel or above (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

(Training will be provided)
