- Provide administrative support to the sales team; data entry, filing, scheduling, preparing documents.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Monitor sales activities and follow up on leads
- Assist with the organization of experience day events run during the summer.
Qualifications:
- Alevel or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
