Therapy Assistant Practitioner, Band 4 Permanent - Full Time hours per week

The Greenwich falls prevention Team is seeking a dynamic Therapy Assistant practitioner with experience in working in a physical health rehabilitation setting.

The Greenwich Falls Prevention Team comprises of Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, a Nurse and a Therapy Assistant Practitioner.

The service will be provided in clinics, in groups for those who need exercise and balance classes and in patients homes across the borough of Greenwich.

Working within the Falls prevention Team, you will work holistically with the multi-disciplinary team alongside patients who have been identified as being at risk of falls/ having sustained falls, to complete timely assessment, care planning and interventions, to help minimise and reduce the risk of further falls.
