Company Description A new boutique property investment firm based in central London managing a portfolio of over £100m worth of UK real estate. The company invest only their own capital into both residential and commercial investments.


Having launched in 2021 the company are about to scale up operations significantly and looking to grow their team accordingly.


Job Description You will join this close knit and ambitious team of 7 as an Operations Assistant to support a range of operational duties from their London office in Fitzrovia.


This is an exciting role for a recent graduate looking or a varied and commercially focused role in the property sector.

You will learn about many aspects of the business and be able to fast track your professional development in a supportive but drivenworking environment.

Job Breakdown

  • Support the team with operational duties such as submitting info, chasing suppliers for information, information gathering and generally making sure projects are moving in the right direction by being aware of what is required in each project and promptingthe right people whether internally or externally
  • You will need to contact solicitors, estate agents, banks etc. on behalf of the investment director to ensure projects are progressing
  • Help with minor decisions such as negotiating rates with contractors etc.
  • Arranging meetings, writing meeting summaries and logging action items, etc.
  • There will be some travel management required for when the senior team travel around the UK e.g. booking transport and accommodation
  • Assist with organising company events
  • Being super organised with gathering expense receipts, invoices and all other requested documents
  • Being detail oriented and always looking to ensure details are correct


This role is based from private offices in central London and moving to brand new office space with breakout area and kitchen in May 2023.

The role is based 5 days per week in the office although there is flexibility to work from home on occasion as required.

Working hours are 9:30-5:30pm. Flexibility is required e.g.

when big deals are being finalised the team may stay in the office until 6:30/ 7pm but likewise when things are quieter and your workload is done you may leave earlier.

  • Detail orientated who can spot the mistake quickly
  • Analytical, professional and commercially minded
  • Interest in or previous work experience in property is a preferred but not essential
  • A motivated individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and sharpminded
  • Positive attitude, energetic, friendly and welcoming
  • Strong problemsolving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • High level of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
