Level 3 qualified Senior Nursery Nurse/Practitioners required for St. Aidan's Day Nursery, Victoria Place, Carlisle.

Must have recent, checkable minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Nursery Nurse.


20 days annual holiday (for full time staff & pro-rata part time) PLUS CHRISTMAS SHUT-DOWN PAID HOLIDAY FOR EMPLOYEES WHO PASS PROBATIONARY PERIOD.

THAT'S 20 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS TYPICALLY 10 DAYS OVER CHRISTMAS WITHOUT USING YOUR HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT.
OFSTED "OUTSTANDING" rating.


Must be capable in supporting management to supervise and train staff, and to take charge during any management absence.

25-30 hours per week, probably more.

Nursery is open 8.00am to 6pm, so there is a requirement to be flexible to work anytime within these hours.

Your shift pattern could be any of the following:8-3, 8-11, 12-6, 11-6, 8-5, , 9-6.

Good knowledge of the Revised EYFS is essential; you must be able to supervise rooms, staff and activities that are stimulating for young children to thrive safely.
