***An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Front Office department for a Front Office Supervisor. The role is a permanent
position, 40 hours over 5 days.

Main duties include:

Developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
Assisting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees.
Promoting a welcoming environment.
Checking guests in and out and assisting with any queries during their stay.
Answering the telephone and directing accordingly.
Ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.

Previous reception experience within the hospitality sector:

Excellent IT skills (Knowledge of Opera is ideal):
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
Analytical capabilities (decision making and problem solving).
Strong organisational skills.
The ability to take the initiative and act with integrity.
