Agility is delighted to be working with an established logistics company based just outside of Blackburn. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy team of 5. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and join a fantastic organisation.


What you will do:

  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to Sage
  • Monitor and report ledgers against credit limits
  • Maintain ledger balance with agreed limit
  • Providing customer balance information to internal and external stakeholders in the form of statements
  • Escalate any potential customer/payment issues
  • Maintain credit limits in the form of weekly balance checking and reporting any increase requirements to the Credit Control Supervisor
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

What you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Credit Control
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Minimum C grade or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Understanding of selfbilling invoices
  • Strong work ethic
