Job description
Our client is seeking a strong Administrator to support their Sales & Marketing team.


Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Departments to maintain administrative effectiveness and maintenance of multiple ongoing projects
  • Provide ad hoc Support to the Managing Director and HR Business Partner with the administration and filing of documents for their respective departments.
  • Providing administration support for projects undertaken by the Sales and Marketing department, assisting with the coordination of identified actions to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Produce departmental reports monthly, as directed by the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Manage digital and physical files, ensuring they are all kept up to date and organised.
  • Manage the administration for the company car fleet and fuel cards.
  • Book and administer travel arrangements for the UK and Overseas trips for the department as required.
  • Maintain and file company policy and process documents in line with their review cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with the GDPR requirements with data accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Respond to enquires quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring first class customer service
  • Respond and manage departmental telephone enquiries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain general Office administration including managing an effective filing system and post distribution.
  • Organise, store and print company documents when required.
  • Undertake ad hoc work as and when required by the department.
  • Act professionally always, ensuring that the values and culture of the company are followed.

Person

  • Strong administration skills with the ability to work under pressure within a busy department
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and are a confident user of Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate ability to analyse information and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communications skills verbal and written
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM is desirable
  • Good understanding of GDPR.

Hours 35 hours per week - 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
