Accounts Payable Specialist - 3 months interim

About Our Client:

You will be part of a supportive, fast pace and vibrant team going through an exciting change.


Duties include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Raising PO's
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier reconciliation
  • Assisting with making payments
  • Updating and checking all information is correct
  • Assisting with system implementation
  • Assisting with data migration

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have previous experience working within an end to end accounts payable position essential
  • Have experience with system change/implementation desirable
  • Have strong attention to detail essential
  • Be intermediate in excel (Pivot tables and look ups) essential
  • Be able to work within a team and independently desirable
  • Be proactive and continuously look for ways to improve processes desirable

What's on Offer:


This role is offering:

  • Up to £28,000 equivalent per hour
  • Free parking
  • Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remote
