The Benefits Administrator will oversee the end-to-end administration of our benefits program.

Support in the improvement, maintenance, compliance and governance of the BAU processes for all Howden benefits in a fast growing environment.

This includes already established entities plus new entities as Howden continues on its growth path.

The role will ensure the smooth process of, and find creative solutions for all areas across benefits.

The job holder will ensure employee engagement through education.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Act as first point of contact for all benefit queries that arise through our various contact streams.
  • Support data management and benefit portal administration.
  • Maintains accurate employee records and deal with sensitive employee correspondence suitably.
  • Work closely with HR Employee Services and Payroll to ensure efficient processing of employee cost changes.
  • Monthly reconciliation of invoices and approvals.
  • Provides relevant information and ad hoc reporting to senior management.
  • Performs administrative work involved in the benefit functions, and maintains related records
  • Ensures that programs are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in HR function using Workday
  • Cando attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCSE's (or equivalent) including English essential.
SKILLS/BEHAVIOURS

  • Technically proficient in MS Office software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
