We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role.

Providing administrative and planning for the site compliance.

Review and support the implementation and delivery of all compliance, scheduling, and coordination of compliance works for both Mitie and our specialist contactors.

Ensuring all compliance documentation, files and auditing tools are kept up to date and fit for purpose. Assist with any other compliance requirements as directed by your line manager.


Your responsibility will be to Comply with all Health and Safety legislation, promote Mitie's policies, to comply with all Mitie and client Safe Systems of Work, Standards, policies & Procedures.

Maintain accurate records, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and detailed reports including contractor's paperwork.

Attend, reinforce and take the lead during site meetings and audits, taking meeting notes to be actioned and closed out.

Assist in maintaining the site Document Control Centre, ensuring all documents are updated, maintaining accurate records following the completion of all works.

Placing contractors on the site Database and printing all required documentation. Assist in the review and implementation of PPE for the contract. Support training requirements for the contract.
Support for your line manager when on annual leave on any Administrative support


Knowledge, skills, Qualifications & experience for Proven background / experience in a similar role is advantageous. Knowledge of statutory compliance within the industry is advantageous.
Professional Certificate in Health and Safety (ISOH or NEBOSH) desirable. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe. Excellent literacy and numerical skills. Knowledge of statutory compliance within the industry is advantageous.


Additional Information
Permanent, Hours worked per week 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri (40 hrs), Overall Reporting direct to the Engineering Service Delivery Manage
