COVVI is experiencing exponential growth within our business and we have an exciting opportunity for an forward thinking, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our award-winning marketing team


Based in Leeds and reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for someone who is highly creative and experienced in social media management, creating content plans and driving engagement to our brands.

Someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into creative campaigns, whilst being able to contribute their own ideas.


You would be supported by a videographer, PR guru and an old round whizz marketing team to gain real first hand experience as we look to grow our social platforms.

We are looking to bolster our skills and add to a marketing teem that currently lead the world of prosthetics, if you have what it takes we want to hear from you.


COVVI is on a significant growth trajectory after launching their multi-articulated prosthetic hand, aiming to be become a global leader in the coming years.

We already have established set of social platforms which we have been posting to for over two years, but now we're looking for someone special to help take the reins and help our content reach as many people as possible, while building relationships with our partners and users.


Responsibilities:


  • Management of all social media channels for the group; focusing on driving engagement, user interaction and growing our organic reach and followers. We currently focus on our Instagram page as our main social platform, with most content being crossposted to Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. In the future we'd look to start using TikTok to share videos too.
  • Create campaign plans and generate ideas to share with the Head of Marketing.
  • Create, schedule and post content across all social channels.
  • Analyse and report on performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etcThen utilising that data to adjust and improve future campaigns.
  • Keeping uptodate with trends and insights to proactively spot and propose new opportunities.
  • Assist with the management of all social media pages, ensuring all comments and queries are responded to in a timely manner. Ensure general social media housekeeping is maintained inline with active promotions/events for each brand.
  • Build relationships with other brands, as well as our own partners/advocates to plan and carry out joint social campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with daytoday marketing tasks as and when required.

Required Skills & Personal Qualities:


  • A minimum of 3 years' experience using social media platforms in a business capacity; including analytics modules and ad management platforms.
  • An understanding of how to tailor content to each platform/audience and the best ways to drive organic growth and engagement.
  • Excellent copywriting and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to research and present information in a clear, concise and interesting manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop/image editing is advantageous.

Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 DOE


Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
