Your Mission

How you'll fit in to the big picture

What you'll be doing

  • Own the talent acquisition function; continuously looking for opportunities to improve recruitment processes and practices, working with the Talent Partner and wider People team to implement these changes.
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team and People Managers to design and own the recruitment plan, including managing budgets effectively.
  • Work closely with managers to understand and work through recruitment challenges whilst building strong connections across the business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop our employee branding.
  • Reporting to the Head of People and General Counsel on data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making. Including time to hire, cost to hire, leaver trends, and challenges faced.
  • Provide guidance on people practices such as career paths, salary benchmarking and succession planning.
  • Work with the wider People Team to ensure that recruitment and onboarding activities run smoothly.
  • Be passionate about creating a diverse workforce and having DEI and hybrid working at the forefront of your activities.
  • Actively source the best talent to join our teams across all areas of the business and proactively building talent pools for hard to fill and specialist skills.
  • Build a network of relationships for future recruitment, including with education providers.
  • Training managers on interview skills.

What experience we think you'll need

  • You'll be proactive, willing to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate your recruitment experience, either in house or in an agency.
  • You'll have experience placing difficult to fill, niche roles across technology and sales.
  • Confident when dealing with multiple roles, able to provide insight to any challenges you may face and escalate.
  • Passionate about recruiting diversely and building diversity and inclusion into our recruitment processes and practices.
  • Focused on creativity, with a desire to find better ways of doing things.
  • A storyteller, gifted communicator, and relationship builder.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced everchanging environment and flexibility within the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
