Grade 3: £20,804 - £22,247 per annum pro rata (£24,294 - £25,979 FTE)
Working pattern:37 hours per week / 39 working weeks

The role:
This role will act as a mentor to students in our Post-16 to raise aspirations and achievement.
The post holder will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and reporting on student progress and act a first point of contact with households for students in reference to academic issues.
The role will supervise Post-16 study rooms and ensure a positive and productive environment.The person:
