THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Partner Sales Representative to join our
Partnerships team in
London
This role is to join our UK Partnerships team. You will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across the UK.

As a Partner Sales Representative, you will be expected to bring in significant new partners to Gympass on a quarterly basis.

You will be expected to manage a large portfolio of prospective partners where you will be responsible for understanding the clients needs, presenting the Gympass solution, and managing negotiations.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in a market with continued sales momentum. This role will work closely with the regional Partner Sales Director and local UK teams.


YOUR IMPACT

  • You will be part of the team in charge of the network expansion
  • Clearly identify key influencers and decisionmakers at target partners and be relentlessly focused on positively engaging these stakeholders
  • Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners
  • Act as an owner to ensure successful partnerships launches and smooth handover processes to create a seamless customer experience
  • Sell quickly, in large volume, within the partnerships market in order to penetrate and drive business for Gympass expansion
  • Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be wellcompensated for doing so
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable

  • Experience working in highvelocity sales or the fitness industry preferred
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills
  • Ambitious and scrappy metricsdriven selfstarter
