An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team of
Support Workers at one of our homes in Eastbourne.

The homes specialise in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.

We are looking for people who might have experience of working with adults with learning difficulties and autism.

You will be a great addition to the team if you enjoy working and interacting with people, have the right personality and share the same values as us.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, effective communicators, with high standards of care, and who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities.

Working hours are
37 hours per week, on a rotational shift pattern. This will be a varied shift pattern including weekdays and weekends; a flexible approach to work is essential.

In return, you can expect:
- a salary of
£23,088 (which is reviewed annually)
- any additional shifts worked will be paid at the hourly rate of
£12.00
