Data Assistant - fluent in Russian

Salary:
£13/hour


Location:
Hybrid - at least 1 day/week in the Holborn, London office


THE is hiring a proactive Data Assistant for a temporary position from ASAP to 31 January 2024, fluent (both written and verbal) in Russian. This position involves verifying data from institutions and may require occasional early or late starts for client calls.


Key role responsibilities:


  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data from institutions.
  • Maintain records of data validation activities.
  • Collaborate with Data Supervisors, Data Editors, Data operation Manager and Ranking Project Owner to escalate/ resolve data issues.
  • Meet data validation targets.
  • Provide support for data queries and administrative tasks.
  • Foster institution engagement in rankings
  • Where required customer service calls will be required to be made to support institution with the data collection cycle.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience requirements

  • Fluent (both written and verbal) in Russian.
  • Professional and clear communication skills in both written and spoken English as well as one of the above languages.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer support experience
  • Data entry skills
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
