About the Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and administration functions of the business

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

Manage the daytoday activities of the Finance and Administration functions.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Produce sales and gross margin reports based on projects completed and full accruals analysis, in liaison with QSs.
Manage the nominal ledger, ensure timely and accurate postings and reconciliations.
Produce monthly management accounts including departmental expense and budget variance reports for all offices.
Manage requests for information from other departments and assist the FD to develop a reporting facility that confirms Finance at the centre of cost and efficiency management for the business.
Assist with the implementation of the new finance system, supporting colleagues in finance and other departments to ensure testing is completed across all areas.
Develop reports in the new finance system to streamline the monthend process.
Cashflow Forecasting

About the Person

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA,AAT)
Previous experience in a similar role of a Management Accountant or Finance Manager
Experience managing a team
Strong Excel skills
Team Player
