Maintenance Person - Trouville Hotel
A vacancy has arisen for a maintenance person at the Trouville Hotel in Sandown, to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the bedrooms, public areas, hotel exterior and overall safety and security of the property.
They will be expected to attend to the daily issues that arise, and also identify and undertake ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance.
An understanding of basic plumbing, electrics and carpentry is required.The maintenance person must be prepared to comply with statutory and company regulations with regard to health & safety, fire safety and hygiene.
Hours: 20-35 per week, which will include some weekend work.Salary:
Dependent upon experience.
