Are you an experienced Site Manager with acute knowledge of Housing developments and NHBC processes?

We are in need of an experienced and diligent Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager to provide support to an existing team in the final stages of a development in North Devon.

You'd be working with the supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of packages to the required standard, maintaining Health & safety compliance and also providing customer care to current and future residents.

In addition to the usual site tickets it is expected you'll have great communication skills, a thorough knowledge of industry processes and standards and a tight grasp of Health & Safety.
