Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately record and update customer information in the database.
Problem Resolution:
Address customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the customer service department.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
