Are you a friendly administrator looking for a new Operations and Reception Administrator position based in Windsor? Do you want to join a growing digital healthcare firm that is going from strength to strength? Then this could be the perfect opportunityfor you.
The working hours for this role are 7.5 hours a day on a 37.5 hour week. This will be worked on a rota basis between 8:00am-6:00pm. They are paying a salary of £20,500.


What will I be doing in the Operations and Reception Administrator position?

  • Ensuring all medical records received via the special mail are logged and distributed accordingly.
  • Locating medical records stored on site.
  • Scanning all general correspondence, medical records, forms of authority and medical reports.
  • Ensure all records are boxed in preparation for filing.
  • Logging on medical records received in normal post.
  • Opening and sorting all recorded/special delivery mail.
  • Logging all outgoing recorded/special delivery.
  • Scan header sheets are printed for correspondence in preparation of scanning.
  • Scanning general correspondence.
  • Ensure all post receives the correct postage and is franked in preparation for collection.
  • Parcels, when and where necessary, are collected from the post office.
  • All adhoc deliveries are received, signed for and then the addressee notified of its arrival.
  • Reception is covered at all times during office hours.
  • All visitors are politely greeted and asked to sign the visitors' book before contacting the person they have come to see.
  • Adhoc assistance with setting up new cases.
  • All post is opened (except for Directors and P&C mail) and distributed correctly and timely.

Skills required for the role:
