We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to work in a busy dealership environmentPrevious experience is a must
Thursday pm
Friday pm
Saturday - 5pm
Sunday 10 - 4pm
Overall Responsibility
- To manage the reception area and provide a professional first point of contact for all customers, whether by person or phone.
- To offer administrative support to the Sales Staff as needed.
Primary Tasks
Reception Area
Greet all customers promptly and professionally
Record customer details on arrival or if they make an enquiry by phone
Deal with enquiry at source if able, otherwise screen calls to appropriate person as instructed.
Manage customers and visitors on site in case of evacuation e.g. activation of fire alarm. Take visitors and contractors book to designated meeting place for rollcall.
Maintain a professional looking and clean front of house.
Manage music system for showroom.
Check answer machine messages.
Salary:
£10.42-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
