About Environet UK Ltd
We are an established and respected specialist in Japanese knotweed and invasive plant removal working nationally in both the commercial and residential sectors.
To support our growth we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Site Supervisor covering South West England.
Ideally you will be based in Mid/South Devon with good access to transport routes. As the position is remote, you will also require access to high-speed internet at home.Immediate starts available
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced landscaper, gardener or groundworker, who is keen to broaden their experience and take on additional responsibilities.
There will also be a requirement to work away for short periods to facilitate jobs and support other teams across the UK.
Responsibility for all projects allocated to you as Project Owner (typically in your geographical area, although possibly in other areas too) to include herbicide treatment and all physical removal work.
- To liaise with clients to arrange works and attend any prestart meetings with the corresponding Consultant or Director.
- To prepare site paperwork such as permits to dig, RAMS, check sheets, spray records etc.
- To liaise with Project Manager when ordering plant, machinery and haulage for waste as required
- To manage plant operators and labourers as necessary to ensure projects are properly resourced to complete on time and on budget.
- To supervise all works on site, ensuring Environet's high standards of work are met.
- Build rapport with our customers, engaging them and keeping them informed on progress during works and monitoring visits.
- Basic soft landscaping and garden maintenance such as returfing, planting, pruning, vegetation clearance.
- Provide assistance to Consultants and Directors where required including opportunities to complete site surveys, undertake marketing activities and support health and safety reporting.

- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Excellent timekeeper
- Able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to predetermined objectives
- Excellent organisational skills and takes pride in their work
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office 36
- Knowledge and Experience_
- Full driving licence essential, trailer licence would be an advantage
- Experience working with invasive plants is desirable
- Any construction/landscape industry qualifications are beneficial.

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
