Description
Our client is a boutique medical communications and education agency based in Oxfordshire.They work with a range of therapy areas for global, European, and local accounts on a range of projects from communications strategy to comprehensive, fully integratedmedical education programmes.
Due to continued success, they are looking for Senior Account Manager to join their team.In this role, you will lead projects and project teams within allocated accounts while working collaboratively on client solutions with the account leads.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, mentor junior members of the team, and lead brainstormswithin the teams to drive organic growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead allocated accounts and teams, including allocating and supporting the team on the roles and responsibilities assigned
- Develop budgets for review with the account lead
- Generate draft content of project materials, as appropriate to role and project, oversee and support materials developed by junior members of the team, and
- Build strong effective relationships with the clients and external thought leaders
- Be involved in new business RFPs, pitches and research
- Be available for domestic and international travel when onsite support is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Degree in a life science
- Significant medical communications agency experience
- Leadership and proven line management experience
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Competent in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
