Description

We are looking for a dedicated care assistant to join our team of brilliant carers. Experience in Dementia care is required. You can be promoted to shift lead if you have leadership skills. You will be required to have had at least 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

We have 20 clients who are at the centre of what we do and we have Day Visitors on occasion.

Training takes place once a month - Face to Face Training.


COVID-19 considerations:

We currently test staff daily prior to the start of the shift with Lateral Flow Device test and clients get tested for a number of days after being out of the home.

All staff and clients have had their vaccinations against COVID-19 and we continue to use the Lateral Flows to monitor as best we can.
