Role Purpose

Main Responsibilities

Development of business solutions using cloud technologies across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Security, and Jamf.
Consult and support internal business partners and key stakeholders in relation to M36
Creation and upkeep of governance policy, run books and technical documentation.
Provide analysis and management of M365 license usage.
Lead on the monitoring and troubleshooting of issues related to Microsoft 365 and Jamf services.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the Microsoft 365 and Jamf environments.
Support in the creation and implementation of the technology roadmap
Work with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other systems.

About You

Proven experience of working with Microsoft technologies and collaboration projects.
Experience in advising senior leaders as well as other stakeholders.
In depth understanding of cloud technologies within M36
Knowledge of the information security and data protection challenges faced by businesses and the challenges relating to M36
Experience of taking part in projects, business analysis, developing and implementing solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Security, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Strong knowledge of UNIXlike operating systems, file systems, and security concepts
Comfort working in a command line interface
Experience developing Microsoft PowerShell script and Bash/shell scripts
Knowledge of zero trust security principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Entra.

Expectations

Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
Oncall may become part of the role but is not initially required.
