Our client, a global Data company, based in the Kensington is urgently looking for an InSite Helpdesk Analyst. The InSite Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for the technical delivery, training, and support of our systems.

There is also the opportunityto develop your customer contact and admin skills as you will be talking to clients regarding training and helpline queries and using their NetSuite CRM (customer relationship management tool).


Skills:

  • Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM
  • Helpline / Helpdesk support experience
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical people
  • Strong interpersonal and numeracy skills
  • Excel, Basic PowerPoint, Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
