Description
We are recruiting for Plasma Saw Operator in the Oldham area. This is working for one of the UK's leading fire sprinkler pipework manufacturers.


You will be responsible for:

  • Measuring and cutting the pipe accurately using a tape measure.
- measuring pipe and cutting to size on production sheet.
- checking quality of each cut before passing to the next stage of production.

  • Making sure pipe has the correct traceability for each job.
  • Be able to understand and complete production sheets and engineering drawings
  • Maintaining your own workstation ensuring daily housekeeping is kept to a standard.


The hours of work are Mon - Thurs 6am - 2:30pm/ 7am - 3:30pm and Fri 6am - 1:30pm/ 7am-3:30pm.

Full training is provided but you must have previous experience in the fabrication and welding industry.


Benefits after the 12 week:

25 days holiday pro-rata, plus bank holidays

entitled to bonus schemes after 3 months service

£10.00-£11.00 per hour
