Description
We're looking for a brilliant IT assistant to manage our lovely information architecture.

You will work in a dynamic environment surrounded by passionate teams in the fields of VR, Digital, Innovation and Games.


Your role:

  • Provide user support
  • Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
  • Assist with end user system updates and monitoring

Including:
Patch management, spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.

  • Ensure that the studio manager has help with new starters, technical equipment, maintaining the office cabling and helping to create a positive happy workplace.
  • Help with establishing and managing an asset list.


  • Manage cloud services

  • Google Apps, Slack, Jira & more.
  • Manage hardware iOS, Android, Mac, PC.

Personal skills:

  • Technical junkie
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm toward work
  • Good software & hardware knowledge from mobile to desktop.
  • Independent and able to tackle multiple projects, priorities with a smile.
  • Proper team member able to promote a positive work environment.
