Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Headline:


GGMR are in need of a highly responsible & ambitious Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our technology business.

Responsible for maintaining & developing our major delivery services you will enable the business to function efficiently as we head into a growth spurt


Having a range of business responsibilities such as the administration, not only of the business, but also across procurement, HR partner coordination, delivery and business development.


Ensuring that the company functions on its A-Game with high efficiency, zero wastage and within ISO governance and compliance, we anticipate that this newly created role will be underpinned with excellent business acumen.


Within the scope of this important business function, responsibility for developing long-term plans in conjunction with senior management and implementing those plans effectively to create profit are deemed essential.


Requiring detailed knowledge of the industry plus essential management & leadership skills that are founded on having spent at least 3 years in a team management role reporting into Senior Management.


  • Finance conduit between the business & finance team
  • Manage business processes and team activity
  • Drive commercial objectives and be part of the revenue growth
  • Deploy directives from the Snr Management team
  • Manage contractor/delivery partner relationships
  • Maintain & improve project delivery in conjunction with Project Managers & Suppliers
  • Maintain HR processes to include on & off boarding personnel & HR partner liaison
  • Ensure ISO processes are adhered to throughout the year & manage the annual audit
  • Improve business processes where required

Skills and experience you will need:

  • Clear & solid communication ability
  • Delegation skills to assign tasks to the correct departments or team members within the businessor contractor base
  • Excellent knowledge of operational policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop & encourage the skills of teams across multiple departments
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding employment and contracts
  • Negotiation skills to get the best deals, prices & terms for the company
  • Negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers
  • Preparing detailed budgets that improve the costefficiency of the business

Nice to have:


  • Qualifications such as Chartered Management Institute or the Institute of Leadership and Management or Agile/Scrum training/qualifications
  • Degree in Business Management or Business Administration
  • Ability to confidently hold meetings with highprofile clients, board members and senior management
