Who Are We?

Tanpopo Japanese Food is a well-established food manufacturing business specialising in Japanese Food based in Feltham who have been operating for over 25 years.

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can control and take responsibility for our small warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

Receive and store incoming goods and ingredients
Maintaining accurate stock levels
Prepare outgoing goods for drivers
Using a forklift to offload goods from suppliers
Checking and inspecting goods for quality
Completing all paperwork for our traceability system
Keeping stock rotated on a FIFO (First in First Out) basis
Carrying out stock checks
Keeping the warehouse area clean, tidy and safe
Using a scissor lift
Working in line with Health and Safety procedures
Working in chilled environments such as the fridge and freezer
Work cooperatively with other departments

What Are We Looking For?

A cando attitude and a willingness to learn
You will be physically fit and keen on building and developing alongside the business
Being organised is a critical element of this role
You need to have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
You need to have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
You must be able to work independently and be selfmotivated
Previous warehouse experience is not required as full training will be given
UK full manual driving license
A forklift license is advantageous.
