The Clinical Matron has accountability for quality, staff, finance and performance of the CCU/Cardiology ward and the Heart Function Team across sites.
The role is to lead, support and develop the Cardiology inpatient service and maintain the high standard of care to our patients.
Collaborating with the Cardiology team and other providers of care to ensure quality outcomes.
