It is envisaged that you will have a Min 2 years' experience within residential property working on a broad range of files including but not limited to Buying and Selling of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Lease Extensions and Transfer of Equity and dealingwith post completion procedures together with the ability to manage your own caseload.
