The role
We are currently looking for an individual to support our growing Bolton based sales team.

You'll be focusing on administrative roles as well as providing the sales team with market data and knowledge to drive sales.

Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate the prospecting activity to ensure a constant flow of new leads.
  • Engaging in communications with suppliers, maintaining order paperwork and negotiations.
  • Managing the CRM and overview of commercial activity.
  • Dealing with customer queries and incoming correspondence.
  • Assisting with daytoday social media management.
  • Assist in collating and producing reports for the sales team, that will include monthly cash flow and sales reports.
  • Any secretarial duties, including typing confidential documents and letters.

Specific skills we're looking for

  • Experience in preparing quotes, orders, and financial statements.
  • Working knowledge of social media channels
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Go getting, ambitious, cando attitude
  • Team oriented mentality
