Job summary
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer to join us for approx.12 months on a Fixed-term Contract / Secondment basis,
where you'll manage all aspects of leasehold and estate management across our Leasehold and Shared Ownership properties,
ensuring the service delivered meets our residents needs and enhances tenant experience.
This is a varied role based out in the community
where you'll manage approximately 600 properties,
across the Midland Heart portfolio,
including the West and East Midlands.
