We are a small and friendly not for profit organisation based in South Shields looking for someone to work in South Shields, Jarrow and Hebburn.

We support, (mainly) people with Dementia in the Community who want to live at home. The support we provide ranges from companionship, shopping, outings (including hospital/gp appointments) domiciliary care (medication, personal care), housework.

We are looking for a calm, friendly person who is comfortable working alone but always linking in with our team.

Being able to drive and owning a car is preferable although not essential. Hours are 10 to 20 per week. Someone with Health and Social Care Qualifications and experience would be preferred but we do provide training.
